Proxy Errors Got You Down? Go Get Some Good Eats. Smile. Smack The Computer Later...
One of the things I love is the fact that there are great restaurants in New York City that stay open 24 hours a day. My gal pal Cindy T introduced me to this Korean place in Flushing that is really really cool and operates continually. I've only had one meal there so I'm not publishing the address until I make up my mind if I like it or not. I figure when we hook up for our next late night snack I'll probably have a better idea of how to express my impressions of the place. So far my dish impressed me enough to sit here for 45 minutes trying to upload pictures so we can chat about it. While I teeter on the brink of social media withdrawal I shall order lunch and have it delivered while the technical people sort out those 502 proxy errors that have been driving me crazy.
I need a distraction and you guys know how much I like working my way through the restaurant menus (LOL). If you have a fave foodie paradise spot to eat at feel free to share a link so I can check out your fave dishes and food porn. Here's mine: Beef Tofu Stew (mild) with lot of side dishes (LOL).
When you are a frustrated writer looking to feed your blogging addictions it helps to have intellectually drop dead gorgeous minds to share witty banter with. Chicka is mad funny. She's another Rainer on my agenda who needs to be taken hostage and made to write a blog post. Seriously (LOL).
Being a dear brick and mortar gal pal dragged into the blogging arena (and Stephen's other Godmother) I've been cutting her some social media slack because I love her dearly and we spend most of our time giggling away regarding all manner of topics. When we hit Boston we shall be writing a couple of restaurant reviews together. I guess I can wait until then.
Nothing like WiFi and dueling laptops to make a road trip fun. ;-)
