I got two recommendations by two stellar brokers so I threw a dart (LOL). You guys thought I was kidding, didn't you? Well, I'm not. We hired Brian Hoagland's firm to do our wind and home inspection reports and Ladybugs to do the termite inspection report.
I am amazed no Florida Rainers felt up to the task of doing this job. I thought you guys wanted to use your blogs to social network, business network, build your business, yadda yadda yadda blah blah blah... Hmm... at least two people saw fit to send me a couple of candidates. Somehow, I thought I'd have more since there are approximately 165,942 members in this network (which is really, really growing).
Oh well... at least all my inspection reports are coming tomorrow (LOL). Mikey, the boys and I thank these two companies who don't blog here for taking my business. I shall thank the Rainers working with me in person upon closing escrow. We are going to have fun blogging about our little Mikey bet (LMAO). ;-)
Maybe the next time I tell the blogosphere I have a job offer for you more bloggers will take me seriously and respond on behalf of other vendors if they themselves can't do it... That was my expectation because that's the rhetoric the I am an expert crew likes to spew and that's what I do. I pass people and their talents back and forth like trading cards. I don't get paid to do that, I do that because its the right thing to do. People call me all the time to help them find someone to do what they want done because social media relationships mean something to me and I don't squander them. You never know when these same people may need your friendship and business services later on.
Consider this a lesson in what not to do when you claim you use your blog for business. Trolling for business sometimes means helping another firm out with no strings attached. People remember the kindness of others...
I, for one, will certainly be looking forward to doing more business with these new contacts I have made in addition to the Rainers I already have relations with. Did I mention I'm trying to win a social media bet regarding hubby's social media closing? It's a short sale. I need to close before Christmas (LOL). I will close before Christmes because I have some of the best Rainers for the job doing their best for my family. This is Mikey's house. Wait until you get a load of my pending house (LOL). The fam needs a gas station too. :-)
Wanna play? I have approximately 255 people who need to relocate over the next two years on a schedule. Am I about to start a blog war? Abso-freaking-lutely (LOL). ;-)
