Getting Back In Can Be A Challenge
Getting Back In can be a challenge when you are on the outside looking in. Sometimes the people you need to help you are just outside of your reach, or you don't know how to ask or whom to choose... There may be obstacles involved, but it is not impossible to overcome them. If you think you want something you should go for it. Don't talk it to death. Don't think it to death. Just do it...
Getting back in can be a lot of fun once you overcome the fear of failure. Failure may not be failure at all. It just may be part of the learning process to help you understand what not to do. Don't be afraid of buying that house or setting up your outside blog. Need help? I am only an e-mail away. My outdoor office is very mobile. I can come to you or we can meet at the beach (LOL). Wireless is a beautiful thing... so is selecting professionals looking out for your best interests. ;-)

You bring up a good point. I had never really considered those getting back into the market. It uis a lagre number of folks for sure. Thanks for raising my awareness
Getting back in often does require a hand extended out to someone for help. for some that is the hardest lesson in life to learn.
The kids are beautiful, looks like a fun day was had by all.
hi C-Tann, a good outlook, do not be afraid when so many are willing to reach a hand out and help you... Nike made many of us aware that we can and should... Just Do IT... whatever IT may be. Thanks for the reminder. :)
With any industry, there is a herd mentality. In news gathering, everyone except the exceptional newscaster follows the AP wire news and covers the same old stories from the same old slant. Day after day. As a realtor, you strive to make your own unique path to be heard above the herd. Remembered. Creative. Unique. If you make a market when others around you "The Little Red Hen", the customers will come to you, seek you out.
Being mobile is vital in our business. Now I have to go get that laptop serviced if I am going to keep up.
Come on down, get mobile at the Jersey Shore!!
Hi C-Tann, this was a great nudge for me this morning. Thank you! Also appreciated the nudge to write about 'no pic...transparency'... hmmm.. it's on my list---as I'm preparing for my daughter's wedding next week...I'll be thinking about UNVEILING these im-posters to AR. Have a great day! (and one day I wanna come play with you & Susan :-)
C - it certainly can be difficult, in all things. Stay mobile, stay connected, and keep those great minion flicks coming, it brought big smiles to my face this morning.
Hi Tann, Good post. Thnaks for sharing.
Best - Sash
I love this. I once read that Michael Jordan has missed 79 game winning shots. Puts things in perspective.
Shelton
Don't talk it to death? Perhaps our members of Congress should take this advice.
I love it! I think you should come down to ou BarCamp on Nov. 6th! Yeah! Nov. 6th! Raleigh would never be the same! ;)
Well said! Some people definitely talk things to death! C-I have a yorkie too. Love the video-with my eyes closed I felt like I was at the beach too!
Hi guys! :-D I have sooooooo gotta get back over here to chat with you. Doing a tweet-up. ;-0
Charlie, you are very welcome. :-)
Andrea, hard lessons are a curious thing. They tend to stick with you more than the easy ones because of the drama and struggle involved.
Gail, you are very welcome. :-)
Andrew, an interesting perspective (LOL). ;-)
Paddy, I know what you mean. I went into withdrawal when the Sony died. Very important to have an outside, mobile office. :-)
Laura, that sounds like aplan. I may have to do that. Think of the eye candy. :-)
Mara, looking forward to see what you do with that list. :-)
Big Mike, I am very glad to hear you enjoyed your virtual nephews. :-)
Thank you for stopping by Sasha, you are very welcome. :-)
Shelton, it does indeed. 79 shots, eh? Now there's food for thought (LOL). :-)
LOL @ Greg. They would probably use it as an excuse to not talk at all (LMAO).
Carol, me at another ReBar Camp? Hmm... Sounds like I may have to tweak my schedule a bit. Will keep you posted. In the mean time pick me out a nice hotel room (LOL). Make sure I'm neasr good food. Gotta get my grub on if I do make it. :-)
Debra, Stephen is a trip (LOL). The Yorkie is a hoot as well. Very gorgeous little one with a feisty attitude. I love dogs. They are so playful. :-)
Good post for sure. I like the don't talk it to death part. That can really cause more problems than not. The old phrase, silence is golden comes to mind.
Brian, I am with you. Sometimes you just have to bite your tongue to get something important done. :-)
