I am ready to curl up into the fetal position and suck my thumb...
I did not giggle once today,
I did not go sneak off to play,
I did, however, buy a book,
I liked the way the cover looked.
It was shiny.
It was read.
It matched the scarf upon my head.
I like the blurb the author said
and read about the dead in bed.
Yeah, it's true. I like Dr. Seuss and sometimes when I am ready to curl up into the fetal position and suck my thumb because my day really, really whomped I find some silly thought to amuse myself with.
This was it (LOL).
Now that I've got my giggle back on I'm gonna go read my history book. If you are going to read about the dead in bed make it a good one. Mine is about the founding fathers. I have wee people in school I have to help with their homework. Sometimes, I invent homework for them to keep them busy (as if my shorties aren't busy enough). Seems the term "tea party" is starting to confuse them (LOL). Gee... I wonder why. ;-)
Update: Managed to get my Spa Castle review done at the digtal day job. Yay! :-)

You know it happens. I had a busy day a couple of weeks ago and I closed the bathroom door, sat on the floor (which is sparkling clean I might add) and cried. Not necessarily a bad day....but I was so tired. Big hug

Karen, my floor is full of toys and busy, giggling little boys. Tears make them freeze and demand that I show them my "boo boo" (LOL). I could use a good cry. It's such a nice release sometimes...

Ellie, I will admit Dr. S is an acquired taste (LOL). As far as my quirky household is concerned he's the man! Theodore freed us from being chained to the boring exploits of Dick and Jane and having to see Spot run (LOL). I love him as much as E.A. Poe and William Shakespeare. Seriously... :-)
