We do a lot of what they are talking about over here. I found myself grinning from ear to ear thinking about all that e-mail I like to habitually answer (sometimes tongue in cheek). It also has me wondering which came first: the blog chicken or the blog egg.
Isn't it nice when smart people at IBM articulate what everyone in social media is already doing as a research paper (LOL).
