I am very happy that this platform is still evolving and wish to congratulate both employees who recently cashed out their ActiveRain holdings to do something new with their personal investments.
The beautiful thing about helping to build such a wonderful network/business like AR is that it opens doors to invest in other avenues of personal interests.
I certainly would not be a recording artist hanging out with BMI and iTunes if not for ActiveRain inspiring me to do more with my music and art. May God bless each and every member of the AR community to do more with their resources at hand and may you each not be afraid to reap the rewards of hard work.
Market Leader is a wonderful company that can help bring additional resources to our platform and industry. Wishing them well with their stock acquisition and hoping members embrace their support of our digital home.
I wanted to pass on some news to the Active Rain community today. Two of our first employees decided it was time to cash out their stake in the business. Market Leader, who has remained consistent in their unwavering support of our community, fully fulfilled the financial hopes and dreams of those former employees.
This isn’t surprising to me as Market Leader was one of the first companies to believe in the industry changing potential of ActiveRain and stepped up to financially support the network when we needed it most.
Over the past three years since Market Leader’s initial investment of $2.75 million dollars into our community, ActiveRain has grown and matured in more ways than we could have ever imagined. Our team has multiplied from 4 people to over 20, our membership has grown to more than 190,000 professionals, and our revenues have grown in lockstep. Today, ActiveRain is uniquely self-sustainable and working every day on helping real estate professionals achieve their goals.
I wanted to pass on this news and also let you know that I did not personally sell any of my stock in ActiveRain and remain 100% committed to the long term success of our members and the entire ActiveRain community.

Hi , I'm a little confused by Johathan's post. What exactly is he saying? Two people have left AR or they have left Market Leader. Or are they one and the same?
Who is he referring to? Brad? I read Brad's post the other day that he is gone to Zillow. Who else has left?
Jon is saying two employees cashed out their stock position in the company. Neither of us said who (LOL). That is up to the employees to share. Jenny, I am simply wishing them well with their endeavors and investments. They are still a part of the blogging community so it's not like we will "miss" them. Their blogs are still active and we can call to say hello when ever we like. :-)
