Wow......how did that happen I wonder! Crazy to see a truck hauler like that turned over!
Larry, the wind has been off the hook down here. I was on US1 beach hopping looking for some eye candy when I decided to cut over on Malabar to hook up on 192 so I could wander around Melbourne. Next thing I know the truck ahead of me is tipping over. Talk about holy cow moment... By the time I found a spot to turn around lights and sirens were everywhere.
Hi C...
Cool video though. That is an interesting warning about pre-loaded cell phones and 911 service.
C, very good point, not so good accident!
Marry Christmas Wordy!
Black Berry has a phone that takes two sim cards for two lines.
Bill
Hope the driver was okay.....and not even a lick of snow! Best wishes for a successful, healthy and happy 2011!
I am so glad you are safe. (Re trace your steps and I bet you will find and irritating something that put you a few minutes behind)
Kathleen, I have been kissing my kids excessively. It was a spur of the moment backtrack to our house to unload the car that set me back several minutes. I ran in dumped the bags and ran out. Never gave it a second thought until you posted your comment. I am always telling Mikey I need to be in by Sundown or he has to drive because I know very little about FL if it isn't a vacation question (LOL).
Debbie, I saw someone climb out of the passenger side. I was relieved to see him sitting on top of the cab of the truck.
Bill, Googling that. ;-)
Evelyn, it's been interesting. It snatched the door handle right out of my hand and I drifted a bit in the parking lot. There are palm branches down in my front yard and a planter tipped over in the back yard.
Andrea, I'm thinking a pre-pay would be handy if I'm doing to be hanging out in another state for a significant bit of time.
Richard, I keep thinking I need to make a master list of out of state emergency numbers for where we hang out. Might come in handy. :-)
I thought that "911" was a local number wherever you were.
Jesse, it turns out 911 is based upon the area code of your cellphone. :-)
What a scarry experience! Is it possible to dial the area code first to get the appropriate 911?
Robin, I have never tried. Hmm...
