Laura, just courious if you practise these teachings, I have heard a lot about this and would like to gain some more knowlege as I am a member of a five person group of different cultures and we are trying to see how we can help each other in life and business.

Hi Laura, Oh how I love this post! It's such a great reminder to let those negative thoughts go and replace them with positive. Not always easy for sure. I've seen this actually in some people I know. Not only are they hurting themselves by holding in such anger but they push those that love them away because of the negative energy. So sad. This is something that we can all use to work on daily!

This is so true, kinda like walking around with a backpack full of bricks. Once you finally let it go moving along is a much smoother walk.
