Feng Shui Exercise to challenge your body, mind and soul by Feng Shui Long Island Practitioner

How many times do you say, "I'll get to that later." If this is you, now is the time to change that thought pattern. This week challenge yourself by putting that goal or task you've been meaning to achieve last month, week or days ago as part of your must do list.  Even if you do not officially complete that goal by the end of this week, you are setting in motion the necessary energy to help you meet your goal.

So take a moment, think about what needs to be achieved this week and "Don't just talk about it, be about it."

This has been Feng Shui fitness for you soul, body and mind

This is the type of reminder that should 'pop up' on our Sunday calendar every week!  Thanks Laura and Carole!

Great reminder, Laura!  Thanks for sharing.  I will usually write a list of what I need to do each day in the morning or maybe the night before.  Then at the end of the day cross off the items I've done and transfer the undone items to a new list.  When I keep having to transfer an item, it makes me realize how I'm putting it off.

I have been doing just that for the past month or so.  In getting ready for taxes this year I realized how much I put off last year.   So this year I have been trying to stay on top of things and so far have been doing pretty well.  (So far!!)

Hi, Laura.

I'm lucky because my home inspector/marketing guru/photographer husband created an Excel spreadsheet for me to track everything I do and make sure I stay on task.

I'm up this late waiting for Russel to finish his most recent post at his Russel Ray Photos WordPress blog, which is dedicated to you. He asked me to stop by to give you the link: http://russelrayphotos2.com/2012/03/09/flamingo-nests-at-the-san-diego-zoo/.
